With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Thomas Fikentscher is an accomplished leader and visionary strategist. As Area Vice President ANZ for CyberArk, he leads the company’s operations across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth and delivering innovative identity security solutions. Leveraging his extensive expertise and network, Thomas partners with organisations to protect their most valuable assets from cyber threats, particularly in today’s cloud-driven environment.
Passionate about customer success, he works closely with business leaders and technology teams to understand their challenges and provide tailored guidance and support. A recognised advocate for cybersecurity awareness and education, Thomas frequently shares his insights at industry events and in media forums, positioning him as a trusted advisor and respected voice in the ANZ cybersecurity community.
Before joining CyberArk, Thomas held senior leadership roles with Oracle, Ingram Micro, and Sun Microsystems, where he spearheaded growth initiatives across enterprise technology. He holds Bachelor degrees from the University of Regensburg in Germany and Aston University in the UK.
