Michelle Blum has been Chief Executive Officer of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) since September 2016.
Michelle is passionate about fostering bilateral collaboration between Australia and Israel and supporting organizations to unlock the potential of innovation to create new opportunities, drive growth and productivity improvements.
Michelle’s background spans a range of senior management roles in the financial services, not-for-profit, and education sectors. Prior to her appointment at the AICC, she was General Manager, National Operations at the Australian Institute of Management, and before that, Director, Marketing & Business Development at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Her earlier career included a role leading industry partnerships for a cohort of 8 universities in the UK; 10 years at St. George Bank in a range of marketing and product development positions and prior to that she worked as a management consultant in Ottawa, Canada.
