Charmaine Zets is the Global AI Managing Director at KPMG, bringing more than two decades of experience in professional services and a distinguished record in leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformations. Since joining KPMG in 2021, Charmaine has been at the forefront of activating the firm’s Global AI Strategy and deploying AI tooling across its network of member firms spanning 140 countries and over 250,000 professionals.
She holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from AGSM, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), an ICAgile Certified Agile Practitioner, and an alumna of Singularity University’s Future of AI program.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Charmaine has contributed extensively to the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC), serving as President of the Young Business Forum, Board Secretary, and Non-Executive Director. She also co-hosted the AICC’s Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship Trade Mission to Israel. Charmaine’s career reflects her enduring commitment to innovation, impact, and global leadership.
