Anne Templeman-Jones is an accomplished Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Committee Chair with deep expertise in audit, risk, governance, and nominations. She brings extensive international executive and board experience gained through a career in audit, banking, and finance across Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, and the Pacific, and board roles spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Committee Chair for Paladin Energy Limited, Weebitnano Limited, NSW Treasury Corporation, and Trifork AG, and chairs the Advisory Board of Erilyan Pty Ltd.
Her executive and board responsibilities have included financial and operational risk management, capital deployment, enterprise technology transformation, governance, and strategy design and execution. She has built strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders across industries including financial services, energy, technology, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
Anne is particularly adept at navigating the complexities of AI adoption and building organisational resilience against cyber threats. She is highly skilled in applying industry standards such as NIST and Essential 8, ensuring robust cybersecurity management and internal control oversight.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UWA), an Executive MBA (AGSM), Masters in Risk management (UNSW), is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Member of the Australia New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
