Jerry has almost two decades of technology investing and investment banking experience and co-founded OIF Ventures, a leading Australian venture capital firm in 2016. OIF Ventures champions exceptional founders to build the iconic technology businesses of the future. OIF Ventures invests in early and growth-stage companies with innovative, high-growth and disruptive technologies. OIF runs a concentrated, high conviction portfolio partnering with founders to help them execute on their vision.
Prior to founding OIF Ventures, Jerry spent over ten years advising some of Australia’s largest companies on M&A, IPOs and other capital markets transactions as Vice President – Investment Banking, at Deutsche Bank and Director – Corporate Finance, at Commonwealth Bank.
Jerry also founded and successfully exited two startup fintech businesses, NexPay and Earnd.com. Earnd is an app that lets employees access their income in realtime and was acquired in 2020. NexPay is an online international student payment service significantly reducing the cost of making tuition payments for students and streamlining the administration of payments for students and schools.
